About Leilani Anderson-Monroe

My name is Leilani Anderson-Monroe. I was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and raised in Houston, TX. Growing up, I faced challenges after my parents separated and we transitioned to a new chapter of life. Despite the obstacles, I found strength in my experiences and developed a passion for building connections and uplifting others.

I believe in the power of women and girls to network and inspire one another. My mission is to create opportunities and spaces where women can thrive in their personal and professional lives.
